Having lived in Miami for most of my life, I am deeply connected to the community I serve. I graduated from Florida International University in 1981 with a degree in Business, and throughout my career, I have supported numerous charitable organizations, including the Lupus Foundation, March of Dimes, Stand Up to Cancer, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
In addition to running my brokerage, I am expanding my expertise into business brokering. As a licensed real estate broker since 2018, I have developed a strong interest in business valuation, market dynamics, and the strategic side of buying and selling businesses. My collaboration with members of the Business Brokers of Florida has inspired me to pursue membership within the organization. I value continuous learning and believe that BBF’s workshops, conferences, and collaborative environment will not only strengthen my skills but also allow me to contribute meaningfully to the professional community.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, cheering on the Miami Dolphins, and playing backgammon—a passion I’ve carried for many years.
My background and proven track record demonstrates I have the negotiation skills and knowledge needed to meet each client's unique needs. I was born and raised in New York City. After earning my degree in Business, I spent many years, working on Wall Street in investment banking, consistently ranked as a top performer. In 1992, after getting married, I moved to South Florida and continued working in the financial/banking industry at Nations Bank/Bank of America. I left the banking industry to start a commercial real estate company specializing in short term flexible business leases (Executive Office Centers). After successfully growing the business, I sold it to an international corporation and entered the business brokerage industry.
I have the knowledge and experience to provide comprehensive, confidential, and professional service to help individuals buy or sell a business. As a business broker, I work with local and international buyers and sellers successfully and efficiently facilitating transactions in the South Florida market.
My services include business valuations, packaging, and negotiations for my clients.
As a Broward County resident for over 40 years, I have first-hand knowledge of the South Florida commercial market. To meet my client's needs, I am available 7 days a week, beyond traditional working hours.
